While exploring near Sam's Throne in Newton County, Arkansas on Saturday, I came upon a shallow bluff shelter of sorts with a lot of small icicles attached to the mossy ceiling. The reflections from my goose down parka added some blue to the icicles.

The color combined with the brilliance and texture rings on the ice is great.
I wonder what deeper DOF might have done.
Great eye.

Nice and cold, John.

Nice shot John - I like the shallow dof showing off the front icicles.
Good eye to see this, John. Love the nice little blue reflections (sky) from the near ones. DOF looks good to me too, and I liked Wayne's suggestion to add a tip to the rightmost icicle. Great work!

I like this one John. Now you have me wanting to get back to check out the icicles behind my waterfall and see that they look like. After our warm day today I do not trust the ice to get back there though. Nice job!

A suggestion, maybe add a bit of canvas below and create a tip on the one icicle that is cut off. Fine image and well seen.
