Fieldfare
Belated Happy New Year to everyone,

Firstly I'd like to thank everyone for their support regarding my recent loss of a large amount of my camera & IT equipment. They (the burglars) left me with a dodgy 20D, a Sigma 50-500mm and a dodgy Canon 300mm f4 IS. It's enough to be getting some shots with and the insurance claim is rumbling along at the moment. Here is one of my new garden resident - a fat bully boy fieldfare. Take care in all that frost and snow

Nicely captured Michael. He certainly looks a tough cookie.
Just a thought but have the police interviewed Mr Astbury. I know for sure he would have left the Bigma behind

Hi Michael

Nice shot and lovely low point of view :toast:

Hope your insurance company gets it arse into gear and sorts you out soon

Great to see more winter thrush pictures being posted, and good to see that you are back in action. Hope the insurance claim is quickly sorted.
