If you're interested in helping us choose the design of the iFotoGuide website we would really appreciate your input. Check out the mock-ups on my blog. As always, thanks for your help!

#3 layout - maybe even with the #1 logo - would be my choice. #3 has the best page contrast, and a visual impact that best matches your content. It seems slightly crowded in the center portion of the page - maybe a bit more white space around the elements there. Nitpicking though.
#1 and #4 seem to lack contrast - and #2 seems to be too busy (or at least you'd need more "white" space around the text and graphic elements - very crowded feeling). #1 is a close second for me, with a much lighter background.
Good luck!! Can't wait to see the final product.

I vote for #3.

I like #4. I don't usually like black backgrounds, but #4 echoes the look of the iPhone, for me. It makes me think iPhone. Perhaps more contrast could be added (?), as Jesse mentioned. I'd ask the designers for more work on the logo, though. Shouldn't the ifotoguide logo somehow incorporate a camera or something that looks like a photo (like a polaroid print), in addition to graphics that represent "guide"? The logo on #1 is cool, but doesn't really fit "ifotoguide", IMHO. Same with the logo on #4. Just my 2 cents...

#3 is the best. #4 second if you remove that green tree as it really just stands out and doesn't fit.

#4 is the best IMHO - like Todd said, it echos the black iPhone. I like logo#1 the best, but not convinced that it is the best design for the site.

Thanks for all the great feedback. I'm partial to #3 and #4, although I'm not sold on any of the logos. I'll ask the designer to keep working on a logo. I think Scott is right that the logo should represent "photography" and "guide", if at all possible. Good suggestion, Scott!
I sorta like #4 layout because as Scott mentions it looks more like an iPhone background. It does need more contrast between the BG and the text though to make it stand out better.
Honestly, I don't care for any of the logos as presented. I like the hiking footprint aspect of logo #1 but agree that your logo needs something more to represent the photography aspect.
