This morning I published a killer "how-to" article on my blog that was written by mega-talented Canadian photographer Younes Bounhar. Younes' tutorial walks readers step-by-step through the technique he uses to blend images together to create a single image with an expanded dynamic range. I invite you to read "Exposure Blending by Younes Bounhar". As always, your comments are encouraged and welcome.

I have wanted to try blending. These clear steps are the best I have seen for those of us who are slow to "teach thyself . Much thanks for posting this.

Glad you're finding it useful, Ken. Thanks to you for reading it and to Younes for writing it!

I know the exposure part, but after stacking images all I've ever done is erase the bright sky to expose the good exposure, and the horizon always looks hokey. I'm revisiting my RAW files now. Thanks both of you!
