One from the early spring when I spent a few evenings and mornings chasing these guys. The only bird I can get close to  Is the lack of foot distracting, love to know what you think.

Thanks

excellent image. Great colours, light and composition. Would perhaps sharpen a bit more for web but that is subjective.

Hey Liam

I like this, especially the drift in colours of the sand from foreground to background though I'd agree with JC re. the sharpening

Cheers

Nice image Liam but I agree re the sharpening. I'm not sure if a little off the bottom would also work. :wavey:

Very 'nice' Liam. Love the light & exposure on this, almost bordering on 'Danny Green esque.' :wavey:

Would like to have seen this in landscape format too.

A lovely shot, no problems with lack of foot, sort of makes it. Gorgeous colour; Agree with the sharpening - just a little more. :toast:

A lovely and well composed image. I also agree about the sharpening.

Nice image, well composed with good tones throughout. Maybe selective sharpening would be the best approach, so as not to ruin the mood of the shot.

Very creative and very successful. The foot is fine by me. I wonder if he is walking downhill a bit though?

A very nice shot of one of my favourite wader subjects!

The foot is no problem to me, but I agree that it could do with a little off the bottom.
