I am not sure how many of you have seen some of the changes coming in CS5, but found this and while part of me thinks...WOW, this is totally sweet!!!! The other part of me says, oh no....what is photography turning into? Wondering what your take on the capabilities of the new healing tool in CS5?

OMG, Adobe has FINALLY developed a powerline-and-barbed-wire-fence healing brush! That is awesome! I like a lot of the new features in CS4, but not enough to upgrade yet. If that feature is in CS5, as it appears it will be, I will upgrade on day one.

(Did you notice in the last example, where he took out the power plant, that he didn't eliminate the reflection of those smoke stacks?)

Can we please remember to make the links clickable? It's not rocket science if I can do it!

Impressive, especially the patch fill tool ! The ulitmate "mother-in-law" remover!
And I thought I was going to skip the CS4-> CS5 upgrade.

Wow, that tool is amazing. Especially the "content-aware" fill tool. Thanks for posting the link.

That is amazing. Not sure if it is any future versions yet but I found an article at adobe about it here.

As I have a lot of scans I am totally jones-in for the hair removal/ junk removal capability.

"And I thought I was going to skip the CS4-> CS5 upgrade"

Me too Bill, I usually "skip" a version (or 2) but this one might be worth the next step.

Looks like it could easily remove or "repair" copyright/watermarks, too. Looks like my image collection is about to grow exponentially.
