its a standing joke now between me and Eric, I cannot resist taking pictures of robins, especially when they land right in front of you.
its hard to refuse, !! it would be rude.
This one almost looks like he has swallowed a tennis ball. i think he was pretty cold. and it was snowing.

Hi Mark, I get the impression that this was taken on one of those days when it was not just snowing, but dull and miserable as well. That being the case, I think it would benefit from a bit of a lift to the contrast to bring the bird out a bit more. A little more canvas on the right would also be nice, but I assume you don't have that option.
What David said... plus the detailing in the bird is excellent and there's good eye contact which would be more evident with the suggested changes. And I can completely understand why you can't resist a good looking Robin

A lovely fluffed up robin - irresistible I agree! If you have CS4, you might be able to pull the bird across to the left a bit with content-aware-scale.

The Robin is my favourite to photograph, I have more Robin than anything else, this is a cracker in the conditions. I wouldn't change it but thats my personal choice.

A lovely Robin Mark, perhaps a wee bit central in frame.
