the rock shape kind of reminded me of the wind-swept looking BBQ that Lucy and Ethel rebuilt on the classic I Love Lucy episode, but it also reminded me of the classic cornucopia shape... hence the title. (Corona del Mar, CA) during a minus tide.

Great textures, forms, and lines as well as taking advantage of good lighting.
Well done, Eric.

Eric,
It does have that curving horn shape in the rh side of the image, but I especially like the crazy stacked like slabs almost like a fallen over pile of freshly washed dishes. There's a funny story about how i got fired from a job for breaking too many dishes behind this similie, but that's another story. There's Two cool arches down there at Corona del Mar is this spot anywhere near them?
I have to say that I really enjoy your series of images fro Carona Del Mar. I used to body surf there in the sixties (and at the Wedge). I used to wander all over the rocks Del Mar, so your images bring some fond memories.
I like the curves and lines and the (sort of) crazy quilt strata. Nice details, too. Good job!

I like how the black tar is seeping out along the bedding planes. Nice find.
