Evening everyone. Thanks for all the comments on my last upload, I read 'em all, and try and put into practice what I learn! Tonights upload was tken in the pouring rain, unfortunately my shutter speed wasn't fast enough to capture the raindrops falling though! The image has been cropped slightly above and to the right. All comments most welcome!

Great shot, a real sense of the dark and rainy weather. Maybe a bit of nr on the background but not bad for iso 1250!

Very nice indeed Paul, the image certainly portrays the conditions our birds have to suffer. Great work and very nice detail.
A nice capture Paul. He does look like a drowned Tit Lovely BG too. I wonder if a little off the left and a little more on the right? Hey don't listen to me - my composition is rubbish

Excellent shot but the bird is a little dark to me.

Hello Paul.
Poor little thing is the first thing that comes to mind, I think I would crop some of the left and top just to move the bird away from the middle of the image. Part of me would like to see this slightly lighter, but that may then make the mood of the image not as strong.
Nice capture though.

I like it! Agree a little crop from the left.

Really conveys hardship this one - like the moodiness too.

that's a nice one Paul, I like the colours and general rainy feel to it. My only nit would be the cut end of the perch which is perhaps a little unnatural.
