Yosemite update
The drive up yesterday (Wednesday) was easy; chains required just before the entry station on Highway 140, but they weren't really necessary. The light has been either grey overcast or snowing. Today it snowed pretty much nonstop from 11 until dark. Good thing I brought a large umbrella although it's pretty clumsy changing lenses and holding an umbrella. Where's my personal assistant?

Awesome Tony! I'm glad for you that you caught some great snow. Me and Dan will be there around 9am in the morning and several other CANP'rs to follow.

Where is this tree? I guess I don't recognize it because it's so socked in.

Great image, I hope to find some stuff like this!

Like the isolation on the tree. I too would like to know where this tree is. Coming over next Wednesday and Thursday.

Tony --

Looks great and am glad you were able to time your trip so well. I wish I could have gotten away yesterday.

Not sure if you or others will be able to post anything tonight but would appreciate a weather conditions update if you are able to do so. Am contemplating coming down early tomorrow morning if the conditions are still looking good for a quick trip.

Look forward to seeing the rest of your efforts.

Best regards -- Bishop
