Just a quick heads up on a new red deer photography facility in the Cairngorms. If you are up in the area between November and March, Alvie Estate are offering photographic sessions with their deer herd in an attractive pine forest setting. Prices from £15.
Mods note: I'm not making any commission on this I assure you!!

Thanks for sharing thi location. The Aviemore area is certainly a magnet for wildlife photpgraphers and nature lovers so should be well supported. Good to see these estates diversifying and opening to the public even whilst still maintining a working estate.
An interesting thought that this has just ignited is ''when does a wild deer not become wild anymore''. With daily feeding they would overcome their human fear and become 'humanised', 'tame' and obviously much more approachable. I guess they key aspect is they they remain 'wild' with no fences. In this respect it's probably no different to bird feeders, Gigrin Farm etc where a wild animal follows the food.
