I need some advice on selling images to be used on a web site. I was contacted about having some of my images used on a web site, but have no idea what to charge. It seems like there are industry standards for hard-copy publications like books and magazines, but not much for the web.
This is not something I do often (or ever) so I am not interested in purchasing Fotoquote.
I know we're not supposed to talk real pricing here, so can someone email me with your thoughts?
I already posted this over on the Photo Marketing forum, with little response, so I figured I'd just check with the local crowd instead.

You could always check on some stock sites like alamy.com or whatever to see the ballpark figures they're charging.

Thanks Jack. That was an excellent idea. Kind of embarrassed I didn't think of that myself.
