that looks a poorly bird to me :frown: When the feathers are this bad it's often a sign that the bird is very ill. I've seen many finches like this over the years. I might be wrong in this case but that's my suspicion.

Matt, bird is fine it was just wind:wink:, I have other images of it singing away looking pristine :smile:

Looks healthy to me, just with a bit of a Marilyn Monroe breeze up the skirt! I wonder if a bit of NR on the BG would smooth it out a little? Great colour to offset the robin though.
