Treecreeper
Went out for GSW but they weren't playing the game. Got this little fellow instead. Taken in low level cloud conditions. Roll on the Spring.

Definately a good subject instead of the planned Woodpecker.
The first thing I noticed and something which works well, is the contrast in size, between the large tree trunk and the small bird.

Classic TC image, Maggie. Much nicer than a GSW, IMHO.

Definitely prefer this to GWP - a super bird, really well taken - makes a cracking composition. :toast:

Hello Maggie.

Super little capture and I also like the scale of the bird on the tree.
