This is a bit different for me and I don't want to take the credit that I have gone all arty farty as I was with Ian Haskell in Norway at the time and he opened my eyes to this amazing technique, cheers Ian I will never pass a river without having a second glance.

Floats my boat nicely. Time is a wonderful thing to include in your image! Nice to see Mr Haskell putting his considerable skills and abilities to good use :-)

Really lovely. Colours are beautiful and terrific detail. I'm note sure though if I wouldn't remove the bit of ice top right-hand corner and bottom left-hand corner. Just a thought.

Its a nice photograph but it may have been better to have composed the image slightly lower in the frame as that way it would have met the 1/3 rule and S compition slightly better.

Visual focal point is a tad high in the frame for me too Danny - my eye does get led to the right place, but as that point is a bit too high up there's a tendency for the viewers eye to jump to the top edge, and hence out of the frame - which is in truth the last thing you want.
