I read Bret's blog today about Nik software. I currently have D-fine and Sharpener Pro3.0. My dumb question for the day is: will it work in both Lightroom and PS or do I have to buy separate versions for each? When I went into Lightroom and clicked on edit with:, there was no option for NIK. It works fine in PS but I'd love to do it in LR as well without having to buy a whole new package. Anybody know the answer??

Jack, I have the Complete Collection which includes the versions for PS, Aperture, and LR. Sorry to say, but you'll need to purchase the LR versions. Not sure if you can get a discount if you already own a registered PS version.
Can you guys give some feedback on this software package? Also, does the full package integrate with PS or just LR?

Koveh,
I just looked on B&H Photo and they have two complete collections. One for LR, PS and Aperture for $479.95 and the other is for LR and Aperture only...$249.95.

If you need these applications, you can get a 15% discount at the NIK site by applying NIKPSS in the Coupon Code window at checkout.
Jack, yeah I saw that on their site as well, which kind of sucks because I don't have LR and definitely don't want to pay the amount for the full set. I have hard some good things about their Color Efex software, but thought I would check and see what you guys really think about the suite?

2. Give them a call and see if you can negotiate with them--- I have the complete version-- can be used in Aperture of PS
