Hare
Canon 1dIII 700mm f5.6 1/100 iso800 FF Bean bag for support

Hi all

Got my eye on four or five hare sites at the moment and I'm starting to see a bit of mating shenanigans going on, although always at a distance thus far.

I've vowed that this year I'm going to get some boxing shots - I've just set up a hare gallery on my website and it's a bit embarrassing that it doesn't have any shots of what they're famous for!

In the mean time, this is one of my favourites from last year. Loads of mush!

That's a cracker. The way the warm light is catching the hare is very nice indeed. :toast:

The defocused foreground blending in with the defocused background really make the subject pop, Not sure if i would desaturate the greens a tad but lovely as is
