This time an Hawaiian Sunrise
Another G10 image-early morning over lava.

Jim,
I think that this might be too left heavy with the rocks providing little interest because of their darkness. Maybe try cropping halfway up from the bottom and a quarter or a third from the right. I pretty sure that g10 has enough resolution to handle the crop . I also wish the splash from the wave wasn't in front of the tree. This is a place I would like to be right now!! :w

It does feel a bit heavy on the left, Jim. Perhaps a crop off the right would balance it off. It's got some great potential, particularly if you can pull any shadow detail out...Keep 'em coming, Jim.

A crop from the right would be a good idea, Jim. I think you got the shutter speed just right though. This scene seems a little cluttered to me. Maybe getting one shot for the tree and another for the splashing waves would create better results. You've definitely got yourself a place to come back to.
