My ongoing patterns in nature love affair got me this one, a combination of wet sand just after rain and beautifully sculpted sand courtesy of the Moray Firth's ebb and flow.

EOS350D, 35-350 Canon @ 70mm, 1/320 @ f14, ISO 200, handheld, FF.

Love the patterns created by nature,and you've captured this very well with the light and shadows giving a 3D effect :wink: :wink: :wavey:

Lovely graphic image, great pattern. Wonder if a slightly tighter crop, or a closer in image would be nice too. Nicely taken. :toast:

Now even I (Mr uninmaginative and non-creative) can see and appreciate what you are doing here John. I really like this 'patterns in nature' thing going on. Very nice.
