D3S + 600mm AFS II f4D. + 1.4 Conv.
1/640 @ f8.
Ex Comp -1.0EV.
ISO:640.
WB: Auto.
Contrast -1.
Picture Control Neutral.
Vignette Control: Normal.
Raw: 14Bit.
Sat waiting for this white Stoat most of the day. Sometimes creatures of good/regular time but not always, so it was a long drawn out job. What appeared to be its partner also turned up in his usual attire( I am assuming its the Male)so got two for the price of one so to speak.
Well worth the wait I think.

It'll do for me.
Should be with that gear though
The stuff comes in just to look at your camera
With mine they run away.

Well done Major to get this image. I have came across them over the years but never had a Camera in my hand only a pair of Binnies.

I would have liked to tackle this at a much lower POV but I was full of cold and laying on the ground was out for yesterday. Always a bit of challenge as of course Stoats do tend to hug every bit of vegetation they can find and even when forced to venture out into open ground they speed up and flatten the body. I did manage a mid air shot that I will post in due course.
Thanks for all your comments.
Bye the way like that one John made me chuckle.(I wish it was like that although it would take all of the fun out of it.)
