Duck fight
Playing with my new camera when these two started to kick off. They must have been evenly matched as it went on a while. I don't think any thing is in focus, does it matter?

Hi Andrew

Love the amount of spray you captured just wish the birds were in more of an action pose!

I think images like these are the ducks nu*s so to speak in that they are dramatic and action-packed and its totally out of your control what will happen next. And in many respects the amount of drama you've got here is way out of proprtion to the 'mundane' subject matter, which I think is great.

The one suggestion I would make is that had you adopted a lower POV (if it was possible) you would have had the ducks in a sliver of silver at bottom and the spray would have exploded into a dark background with the ducks (hopefully) defined in the spray against the darker surrounding.

Lovely idea but another visit and long wait might produce that absolute killer image.
