Smith Creek is such a wonderful place. You can spend hours walking along the creek enjoying incredible scenes or park on a rock and just let the beauty fill your soul.
I for one am extremely grateful to all the generous people who have donated their land to preserve the unique character of the Ozarks.
I'll include a few images which where all taken with a Cambo Wide RS camera, Phase One P45 Digital Back and Schneider Digitar glass. I think they are all two shot stitched.
I hope you enjoy them and please share your thoughts and suggestions.

Hey Ed what are you trying to do give everyone spring fever or something.
I think maybe the first one is my favorite. They are all beautful though.
I agree it's a wonderful area. I want to explore more myself.
Lets maybe get 2 more snow we can drive around in before it looks this green though.

Ed, all are great and it is hard to choose a favorite, but I think I like #1 the best. Glad to see you posting again.

Ed, I agree with you about #2; I love the colors in that one. They are all fabulous, though. I've only been to the area once (at the gathering last year), but I can't wait to return. For those that may not have been to Smith Creek, I came across this website this week:
http://smithcreekpreserve.com/
There's not a lot of info on there, but it has directions to get there. I also see that they are sponsoring a "photographer's field day" in April. Don't know anything about it or the photographer who's running it.

Beautiful work as always, Ed. If I had to choose a favorite, I think it would have to be #3. The quality of light in the distance is very nice - inviting me to explore further down the creek.

Ed, I love them all, but am partial to # 1. The stillness of the image along with the soft light and the amazing colors makes for a beautiful image.

It's good to see you posting Ed. All are nice photos that indeed make me yearn for Spring.

I like #1 and #3 the best. You're making me wants to go back and look at my Smith Creek images I never processed...
Nice stuff Ed, I got to check these out earlier today on the blog. I have been enjoying all the processing you have been doing. I change my wallpaper almost every day and I usually only use my images but a few of yours have been making it on to my desktop lately.

Thanks for the comments guys. As anyone who has been there will tell you, It's tough not to get in the groove at Smith Creek. It's high on my list for April.

These have an exotic look to them. A look I am sure people buy. Number 1 is my favorite. You must be feeling better.

Great to see you posting again.
I like #3 the best although all are excellent. The greens look so inviting!

The green makes me ready start the discussion on our CNSP spring gathering. I did see some trees budding out in Conway this morning. It's coming soon! I'm ready for the gray days to turn green.

#1 is my favorite. Great color in the water and lots of interesting shapes and lines throughout the scene.

Beautiful, Ed. Tough choice between #2 and #3 for me.
