This has been a fun lens to test out, but I rarely shoot birds or extreme telephoto. I don't have the patience for it and I usually start swearing at them when they fly off... Anyways, I gotta sell this and pay off some credit cards.

Sigma 300-800mm f/5.6 EX DG APO IF HSM Autofocus Lens for Canon EOS (newer DG version)
Works well with 1.4x converter! On an APSC sensor with a 1.4x you have 672-1792mm f/8 (35mm equivalent)
Perfect for full frame too.

Mint 9+ condition with 10 months left on 1 year warranty, case, rear circular polarizer, rear uv filter included.
Price $5000.00

B & H just lowered their price from $8695.99 to $7495.99 a few weeks ago.

Here a 21mp full frame shot at 800mm you can view

It gets much sharper from 300-700mm.

If this is not appropriate for the forum, please delete it. I just wanted to see if anyone is interested before it goes on Ebay.

I'm already having second thoughts on selling it... Video on a 5D or 7D with this thing is awesome.

Holy freight train, Batman! That's a big lens. Glad I don't have to haul it, but I bet it's fun to play with.
