Heck, We Have Snow In Kansas, Too
From last weekends storm--finally the sun makes an appearance.

FYI: Amdist the scare of "global warming" a local weather station in Topeka, Kansas reported yesterday that normally we would have about 35? days above 50 degrees from Dec 1 through Feb 28. We've only have 4 days this year fitting that description. The last several days have been 25 degrees below normal.

Keep your batteries warm !!!

Nice catch! Glad you were able to get out & play in the snow with some nice sun. By the time I'll get a chance, the snow will be gone :frown:

Not really any snow left here in the central part of the state, Larry. Chance of a dusting tonight but no real accumulations. My dad and brother drove into that mess last Friday up around Hiawatha; they didn't stay long at the cemetery because they were afraid of getting snowed in.

Speaking of warm, or lack there of, weather, the KSN weather team in Wichita reported last week that the last day of 60 degree weather in Wichita was 11/28. There has never, since 1888, been a 3 month stretch of below 60 degree weather, until now. The forecast makes it sound like it'll be early March before it warms up.
