Ahhh, the last month of winter here in the northern hemisphere... I am sure most of you are looking longingly toward to spring, as am I. Here's one last look at winter, however, with our Image of the Month and Cover Shot from Ken Archer. This peaceful image of a moose couple in an idyllic snow-covered meadow seems like the perfect way to kiss winter good bye to me. Great shot, Ken, and congratulations!
Our first article for March comes from Niall Benvie and Clay Bolt. They propose a new nature and conservation photography concept, as well as an opportunity for NPN photographers, called Meet Your Neighbors: Focusing Close to Home for Conservation. Check it out!
After the exposure blending article last month by John Williams, I decided to share a little secret on how to do Exposure Blending in Photoshop Elements - for those not using Photoshop.
And lastly, NPN Contributing Editor, Alain Briot continues his series on Composing with Light. This is article number 3 of a 4-part series.
Next month, we will feature articles that celebrate NPN's 10-year anniversary. Should be another fun edition! Be sure to leave a comment after an article you read - especially if you like it, or not!
