The gallery wrap I ordered from Artistic Photo Canvas was waiting for me when we got home from Arizona. I tore open the box and pulled the gallery wrap out. Before I even got the plastic bag off it my wife commented that it looked awesome. I set it on the couch and took a couple steps back. My thoughts were right in line with her initial reaction. Gorgeous! Not at all overly saturated as some had warned in my original post.
Obviously, an educated assessment of the work APC does can't be made off of one wrap. I'll order more and will update you all on my findings but based on what I saw, I'm extremely happy with their work. Their customer service is excellent as well, which is a huge must for me.
Now I just need to find a couple more images to have printed on canvas!

Bret, are you opening a gallery out there or just selling off your website? I'm coming out there with Jason Hatfield from the 19th - 22nd so if you had a place where your work is showing, I'd stop by. I haven't tried a gallery wrap yet but I'm considering it.

Bret, I was initially unsure about gallery wraps but, hey, whatever the customer wants........ My first two were shots of GC and Yosemite and my first reaction on seeing them was that they looked small compared with the equivalent sized gloss prints in acrylic frames. However they have grown on me and in subsequent attempts I have used compositions that could equally have been painted by an artist - that seems to work very well. Generally my advice is a) go as large as you can afford and b) think carefully about the suitability of each image if opting for a mirror wrap.

I bought two 16x20 gallery wraps during White House Custom Color's winter sale to see how I liked them. I chose subjects that I thought would look good on canvas with a painterly feel. I was very please with the color rendition and quality of the wrap. I think it's a good alternative to make clients aware of. I've got one potential client that wants to buy a print and have an artist paint it. I plan to show him a canvas print as an alternative.
Good to hear you like the results from APC. I can recommend WHCC too.
