Spring Banner

Chuck will be ready to put the Spring banner together shortly, so we're hoping everyone will contribute some images to our Photobucket account!

Very few images were submitted for the Winter banner so hopefully you all will participate this time! Deadline is March 17, and I will start a new album, titled "Spring 2010", for you to upload your images to.

As usual, if you have any problems or questions, feel free to email me.

Toni, I am not sure what you are refering to. Spring banner? Photobucket account?

John, the banner is the collection of seasonal images that provide the background for the words "Midwest Nature Photographers." Every regional forum has its own way of using the banner space, and the MWNP changes the banner at the start of every season (March 21, June 21, etc). Members can upload seasonal images at another site (Photobucket) and then one of our members, Chuck Beatty, selects several that he feels will mesh together well and stitches them together and on March 21, the new banner is unveiled. Toni can give you the Photobucket link, username and password if you email her privately. I hope this helps.

Toni, I'm sorry if I jumped in too soon. I am a big fan of the MWNP and the way we use the images of the members to celebrate ourselves via the seasonal banner. Chuck always does a great job creating the banner. Many thanks to both of you for the work you do here on the MWNP.
