Hi everyone. This is another image of the Tawny Eagle, taken at The International Bird Of Prey Centre, in Newent Gloucester. I cropped tjhe image fairly heavily, to take away distractions, and focus attention on the Eagle, all comments welcome.
Regards,
Paul.
Canon EOS 50D, Sigma 120-400mm.

Sorry paul, for me this doesnt work that well. The wings obstruct the body of the bird, it would be better if they were a bit more behind the body so to speak.
Exposure and sharpness look fine.

In addition to Rene's comments Paul, I think you may also need to tweak the colour balance a tad. Looks to yellow/green to me, perhaps too much Cyan in the neutrals? If you go to adjustments > auto colour it kind of gets to a starting point I think. Sorry
a very nice try which has not quite come off for me, the talons appear sharper than the head/eye and as already mentioned it appears to have a colour cast
You can kick me Saturday at Gigrin or take me off the Crimble card list like Danny has

Doesn't work for me - as already stated this is not a good wing position. If they had been back or forwards then it would have made for a good image!

I like the outstretched legs and talons on this one Paul, major nits have already been covered.
