My favorite shot to come out of yesterday's group outing up the Middle Fork with Rick, Nancy, Michelle and Catherine.

I like this. There is depth into the middle. It makes me curious as to what is in the background.

Cool shot.

The detail and varied lighting really makes this work very well, especially with the trees appearing so close together, or maybe it is some compression of the scene with a telephoto?

Yeah, Bryan! Terrific shot! Just how they looked, too. My shots were a little wider; you did what I usually do!
Love that! I was concentrating on using, what is for me, wide angle/normal-- the 24-70.

I really like this a lot. The hint of bg is tantalizing, as Ryan suggests. It's the lichens and the lighting that I appreciated about the scene, and you captured that really well.

I love the deep mood and vertical lines Bryan. Lots of substance and depth here.

Well seen, Bryan. I agree with the others, great shot. I think I see a hint of cyan/blue in the shadow areas...easily fixed...It really does give a sense of mystery and depth.

Very nice Bryan. I love the vertical lines and depth created here. Well done!

Very nice composition. I like the angle you chose to be able to see between all those trees to the background of moss/rocks/tree. Well done.

The vertical lines are sweet but then those horizontals add a bit of whimsy to it!
