Piney Creek Swirl
Piney Creek Nature Preserve is a great area with streams, waterfalls and petroglyphs. It's not really well known so there's hardly ever anyone there too. On this trip I saw a Bobcat and Eagle.

Sounds like a wonderful area. One I could spend lots of time in myself. Nice job on this shot Taylor the swirls really makes this standout.

What a neat shot! The whirlpool really pulls you in. So - where's the shots of the eagle & bobcat?

I wish! I'm trying to save up for a decent wildlife lens. Bobcats are tough though, it seems like by the time I spot one it's already seen me and has taken off.

Good BW presentation. Nice leading lines with the trees from the lower right and the streams shoreline leading to the background. The contrasty splotches grabe your eye away from the pool and the whold photo is taken in.

Great stuff.
