Anyone who has a 17" printer with roll capability can do that for you. So for example an Epson 4880 or Canon ipf 5100 can both do that. But some other options could be:
Slideprinter
Costco (now that thev'ye put Epson 7880s in the stores)
Reed Photo Imaging
WHCC
myphotopipe.com
...and plenty more.

Aleks,
I can print up to 17" wide. I've printed my panos over 60".
Some of the labs like WHCC are limited in the pano sizes they can or will do. I think Erik goes to Photocraft for the sizes (pano) that WHCC doesn't do.
If you'd like to get a draft print on Epson Premium Luster (my test/draft paper), let me know.
Check out Elcocolor.com. They're a lab in N.J. and they do great work. You can upload your images via the Web and they'll ship the prints to you for free if the order is over $100. 30x60 inch print (internet special) is $38.95. For a pano, just center the image on a 30x60 canvas and send it off. They can also do a 6 foot print. I had one made on metallic paper and it was a stunner. I mounted it on wood (gallery box mount) at Reed Photo in Denver. If you're making prints for re-sale and have a sales tax certificate in Colorado, Reed will give you half-off the listed price for services. (might compare a pano print there with the discount to ElCo). Hope that helps.
