Great Salt Lake Birding?

I plan to drive to Sandy next week and was wondering if they'll still be some migratory birds around? I'll only have 400mm with me so I know I'll have to get as close as the birds will let me.

Farmington Bay can be good for Bald Eagles, Great horned owl, and I've heard migrating tundra swans.
