First real trip to my Hare site this weekend.
and first real trip with the 1dmk4.
A group of around 20 chasing each other and a bit of 'boxing',
couldn't get close enough for any photos though.
This fellow was on his way to the gathering at a pace.

Good low level action shot, hopefully you will be able to get closer next time.
Looks like this Hare is running towards a "Bunnie" mid frame close to the left hand edge.....
Just come on line and cannot believe this image has had 154 viewings and only 2 comments. What is wrong with the other 152 viewers or has Gary upset a lot of people?
Anyway the image... love it Gary. Great composition and lighting, great eye contact and an excellent sense of movement. If it were mine I'd be delighted but I'd also try a slight crop from the top and bottom giving it more of a panno look which I feel would concentrate the eye on the hare a bit more. Nice one.

Very pleasant contrast between the background and foreground and the hare perfectly running on the edge, nice shot.

Remove the DB, slight CW rotation and a slight bit of USm and I think this will pop. It works very well with a good amount of environment and space for the hare. Nice job.

Really like the leg position on this image Gary, it gives a real sense of speed.
