Great Blue Herons nesting
Several Great Blue Herons make nests in trees adjacent to the village Creek Sludge Beds in far NW Forth Worth, TX. One of a nesting pair is bringing more sticks for the nest . . . as if there weren't enough already! Normally I would shoot this with my 500mm f/4 + 1.4TC, but my big glass is on loan.
