Great capture and simple, effective image.. Can be difficult to get on the wing, often because they come to close being inquisitive.. I was photographing some local ones yesterday myself and know what fun it can be.

Like it MJ, it's a good capture of a smart bird.

A great shot of one of my favourite birds. I have spent ages trying to get a shot like that with no success yet! :toast:

Very well caught and as has been mentioned, simple is often very effective. Perhaps a little extra space at the ends of the wings?

Nice capture Michael

Exposure looks good and its big in frame ( which I like ) it could maybe stand a little more USM

Cheers everybody - they truly are masters of flight. The shot has lost a bit sharpness and contrast in the compression.
