I just wanted to say "Thank you" David Bostock AND Erik Lundh for your work and coordination in putting together our get together today at Kennedy school. It was great to meet and spend some time with many of the NPN photographers from our area and enjoy full size examples of their work. I also found the the talk given by Mark Fitzgerald to be very educational.
Thanks everyone for a pleasant afternoon, Craig

Yes, it was a great time and we had a nice turnout. It was nice to see everybody and yes, Marks presentation was very informative.

It's been said above, but I concur. Thanks for putting this together and making sure it happened. I learned a lot and look forward to getting more acquainted with all of you and your work.

Thanks again to David and Erik or organizing this event. It was great to meet everyone and check out the prints. Mark's presentation was excellent.
Several of you asked how to get to Duncan Creek. Here are the directions.
From Highway 14 in the town of Skamania, WA, turn north onto Duncan Creek Road (about 2 miles west of Beacon Rock). Follow the road for 2.8 miles to a bridge over Duncan Creek and a large paved turnaround area just beyond (marked by a "End of County Maintained Road" sign) and park. There are unmarked trails on both sides of the creek. I followed the trail above the creek on the east side. It's a little bit of work to find the trails since nothing is marked. Be careful since everything is very slippery. The print I had yesterday was from ~3/4 mile up the trail. Let me know if you have any questions.

Hey it was a lot of fun meeting many new faces on the forum. Thanks to Erik for wrangling Mark into doing his presentation. It was a nice way to cap a great gathering. The prints everyone brought were excellent and the stories/experiences behind them were very interesting and entertaining. We'll have to plan something like this again.
Scott, thanks for the directions to Duncan Creek. I'll have to check it out soon.
I really enjoyed meeting everyone yesterday. Seeing the prints was great! Much better to see in person than on a monitor. Now I want to print more. Thanks to David and Erik for organizing this get together.
