Took this from a hide in a local Scottish Borders woodland. It's a vertical crop from a landscape format.

I like it very much; super pose - he looks as though he's staring right into the camera. Like the bits of nut flying around too - great detail.

Hi Phil, good detail and a classic pose with the nut.
I'm not sure if the log is rather too dominant within the frame, might like to see a tad less and more above the wee fellow? I also feel it looks a tad yellow overall to me and the BG has a fair bit of noise, not sure if this is due to the conversion to sRGB?

lovely image Phil , perhaps a slight AC rotation to stop him falling off the log .

It is a super pose Phil, just find perch too large and overpowering.
A very nice squirrel image Phil. It looks to my eye as if it could do with a small amount of CCW rotation. Perch is quite prominent but I could live with it particularly if you could squeeze a bit more space above the squirrel.
A lovely image, but the perch is a bit overpowering for me too. However I endorse Robert's viewpoint that he can live with it, if you could squeeze a bit more space above the squirrel.
