Corn Bunting
Canon EOS 1Ds MKII, 600mm f4 IS, f5.6, 1/400, ISO 400, RAW, RSE, CS 2, bean bag on car window ledge.

Hi All,

Firstly apologies in being away for a while, I lost my way in Photography terms a little, and been very busy doing other things that took all my time as well having a young family and the 9-5.

But a drive round one of my old photo sites, is still producing the goods and it ignited the spark again, this image is from last year, but the CB's are still there in good numbers and I will hopefully have some new images soon.

All comments welcome

Regards

Rob

Super sharp bird and lovely soft background.Only nit would be that thin piece of the perch in front of the face but even then it's not too bad.

Its about time you ventured out Rob htought you had sold all your gear.
Lovely sharp image of a now uncommon bird.
I do find the white blobs a bit of a distraction but with a bit of time sure you could either tone them down abit or possible clone some of them out. The pale BG is just fine.

I quite like the oof white blobs (presumably flowers). Not so keen on that bit of twig but that is just a minor nit in what is a lovely image.
