Poppy Waves

I took this shot on a wildflower excursion with my kiddos a couple of weekends ago in SLO County. The color on the hillsides were fantastic. I partly wished for clouds. But overall I was glad to see the sunshine opening the poppies nicely.

Nice shot!

I was there a couple of days ago and it was too cold....the poppies were all closed. So it goes....

Nice carpet of flowers Derek be careful what you wish for, too many clouds closed poppies. They just glow in the sunlight as well, Well done.
