This was taken at the "brig" in NJ a few days ago. At first, i thought it was a Grosbeak, but could it be a Grassquit? This one has me stumped. Your help is appreciated.

I am having trouble downsizing the photo..Please advise me so that I can get below 200k..My camera is a 7D (18mp). thanks joe

try making the length 720 pixels and the quality about 9.

You can use the dpp software. Go to the picture you want and hit file, then scroll down and select convert and save, and re-size to 720px (longest side). The quality should be between 8 and 9. Save it to wherever you want and make sure it is under 200kb. Then upload the photo.

Joseph, you can even find freeware programs online that will downsize a photo for you, such as acdsee and irfanview.
Nate's link should do it for you though.
