Wagtail
Hi friends,
thanks for your comments to my last post. This Wagtail I took this week on the river Inn with my bag hide. Works fine
Its a fantastic experience to be unvisible for the bird.

7D, Nikkor MF 5,6/600mm, f 11, 1/320, ISO 500, exp.comp +1,3, tripod
maybe a bit to tight in the frame for some of you.
but this is full frame no crop
C and C always welcome

I love the bird but find the background a bit weird.

thats a great shot. of what i think is a difficult bird to photograph. in nice surroundings, I only ever see them in maccy-d's car park.
The background colours really complement the bird

Very nice Bertl. I particularly like the tones in the BKGR which complement the bird perfectly. The distinctive shape in the BKGR is a little distracting.

Cheers

Bert, I also love the tones in this. Nice capture, good detail! Agree that the oof bg is a bit of a distraction but only a minor point. :toast:

I like it. The background colours really compliment the bird and I don't find the shapes too distracting.
