I went out to Carrizo last weekend to look for flowers and came back with this junk. It is clearly a sign of a sick mind. And not the first sign, either.
All are detail images of old water tanks.
On all three, Chamonix 4x5, Nikkor 300mm and Velvia 50.
No flowers? I thought Carrizo was just jumping. But I know your passion for the leavings of man in the landscape. These are interesting and very different, cool in their uniqueness ( product of a creative mind ). I like em. First one reads " No Fat Chicks." Benjamin. I like the rust stains especially on the last one too.

Cool find Harley. I won't repeat what I think the first one says.... just enough time has passed to at least leave it open for interpretation. Can't make out the second one though.
I think the graphic in the first one reminds me of native american petroglyphs. I found that quite fascinating. I am not sure how the picture relates to what the words say, but it is interesting.
I did not use the Verito on this trip. I made a few B&W images with my other lenses, but I don't yet have enough negatives to run the batch.
I had a great time messing around with the broken down water tanks. There are a LOT of water tanks out in Carrizo!

Did you get a chance to use your Verito?

I think these are very, very cool. I like the second one best.
