I am tossing around the idea of doing a large (for me) 20X30 print to hang up, so I am looking at finishing options. Gallery wraps are a bit pricey at that size, and I don't like the fact that you lose the borders of your image to the wrapping process. Has anyone ever done a "Standout"? The 3/4" prices are reasonable. Does anyone have any other relatively inexpensive options for hanging a print this size?
I assume you have considered a plaque mounting from duraplaq (http://www.duraplaq.com) as there has been several threads on that topic over the past year. If not, talk to Tim Emerson about what they can do for you. He did several 20x30 prints for me and the results are top notch. You will be pleased by the work his team does and the quality of the product. Prices are very reasonable compared to other options when you have prints of that size.

The archival method to display this print would be matted and framed. 24X36 frame would work with a thin mat.
If it is printed on RA-4 paper (lightjet or Chromira type printer) you can face mount to plexiglass
You can plaque mount it like Steven recommended.
You can have it printed on aluminum.
If you have silly funds for framing and the print is very rigid and flat, you can have it float mount framed.
Steven, I really like the stuff I have seen from Duraplaq and I picked up a card from them at the last gathering, however, I was under the impression that is a pricey option. Maybe I need to reach out to them to inquire on details of prices. Someone had mentioned the possibility of getting some discounts, so maybe I need to look into that.
The frame option is always there of course, but I was hoping to try something a little different and see what the results look like. That way I have that option for larger prints if I ever need it.

I believe the standard plaque mounting at Duraplaq will cost you just $43.
Duraplaq is not a pricey option. In fact, you will be hard pressed to find something cheaper than a standard duraplaq for a professional looking option for displaying prints

I'd second, or third, or whatever Duraplaq. I've done several 20x30 and 24x36 and they just look awesome, and at fraction of the price a frame would cost.
