I plan to be shooting wildflowers the last weekend of April, most likely in Ohio. For the last couple of years, we have met at Clifton Gorge near Yellow Springs, Ohio. Is there interest in meeting again there, and/or other locations?

With this weekend being later than usual, a southern Michigan location may work well, but I am up for suggestions.

Hey Dan,

I'm interested if the date works out.

If any of you are considering S. Michigan, Fernwood Botanical Garden in Niles (extreme SW MI, just north of South Bend) is excellent. Loads of woodland wildflowers and ferns including some scarce species; also many plantings for those who want to include "domestic" flowers. The garden runs alongside the St Joseph River, which also provides possibilities. The last weekend in April is my one free weekend in this general time period, so I'd be able to meet the rest of you there if you're interested in making the trek.

Danny.....I might be interested in Fernwood. It's about a 1.5 hour drive south for me, so it should be an easy enough drive.

I'm in. Just let me know what everyone wants to do.

Sounds good to me.... I was in the Park yesterday..(CVNP)---skunk cabbage coming up, iris are greening a bit... turtles out on the logs in the sun..... all good indications.... Saw my first dandelion on Wednesday.
