Another Boat from Newfoundland
I know these sort of skirt the "nature" part of the forum, but there is grass growing here!

There are a lot of old boats like this around the various small harbours around Newfoundland.

It looks like significant amounts of rain for the next couple days, so I'm not sure what I'll be doing. Probably not much photography...perhaps a good book and some jiggs dinner.

Until next time...

Don't worry about the nature part here...in the regional forums we're far more lenient. I really, really like this one. The peeling paint really knocks it out of the park. Awesome shot, Ryan.

I love the subject and obvious age Ryan, The weathered wood is wonderful for photography but if someone offers to rent this puppy to you for fishing, you should pass!

Yep, this is a good one Ryan. I especially like the grass growing up in the middle of the boat (that's nature!).

Love the texture to this boat, and the hull makes for a great "C" curve in the comp.
