I'm going to be wandering around Washington for the next few days, mainly looking for wildflowers. Anybody else out making photos between the Gorge and Spokane?

Any reports or recommendations for locations in the south central and southeast part of the state?

I'm going to check out Cape Horn and Catherine Creek/The Wall on Thursday.

If anyone else is thinking of heading to eastern Washington, I'm finding the balsamroot in very good shape, and plenty of it, across most of this part of the state. Very nice especially around Steamboat Rock State Park. A good number of other little wildflowers are up, and lupine is just starting to appear.
