You just about get away with the whites (at least on my screen), and I do like the pose. My only nit is that I would like to see just a tad more space below the bird.

Smart shot Craig, I'd give my right arm to see a Wilson's Plover. Exposure looks nailed and what a great setting, love the colours of the seaweed.

I agree with David regarding a little more space below, but a great shot all the same! I also like the bg seaweed.

great shot bit more room on the bottom would look good
