On the front page of Sunday's Denver Post 'Perspectives' section and 'above the fold' is a photo by Stephen Weaver gracing the article titled 'Vanishing Farmland'.
It's a beautiful image (see a thumbnail here), and I assume that unless there's another Colorado photographer named Stephen Weaver, then the one who is an RMNP member deserves a hearty 'Congratulations!' for this honor.
..and it's real nice to not see 'iStockPhoto' taking yet another photo credit in a regional publication!
Thanks guys!
Yes that image is the cover of the State of the Rockies report about which the Post article is about. I am getting a lot of mileage out of that image which is now on display at DIA and also in the National Art Show in Fort Collins. In July it will be on display in the State Capitol. You can see it here

Congrats Steve. Its a beautiful image. I was wondering what you had submitted to the DIA show. I'll look forward to seeing it at the capitol when we move over there.

Congrats on the photo usage Steve. Wasn't that one of the images you showed at the shindig?
