This is sort of the tip of the iceberg, and these were quickly processed. I will probably have another post. I had a great time fighting the rain and of course seeing everyone again. We may need to start doing more than two gatherings a year.

Looks like you made it to Longpool...We were wanting to stop on the way, but had to keep moving because Mike got called out. Love the shot Matt! Well done!

Those columbines look so much better with the black background than the ones i took do. I like the Hurricane Creek shot as well, love the transparency of the water.

Really well done, Matt. Haley and I spent about two hours shooting these Columbines on Friday and I've had a hard time decided which ones to process. As Tim would say, they just all acted like they wanted to get their picture taken. You did them well.

These shots are a tough act to follow Matt. Very well done.

thanks everyone. Yea Brian according to a non photographer my images are "highly photoshopped"

Here are his exact words.
"it,and all of your shots are great Matthew...and I'm highly impressed, but they are definitely highly photoshopped, the colors just aren't near that vivid in their natural state...I wanted to say somethin' a long time ago,but the way you make them look is really astounding.....but as a native ozark hillbilly, what I've seen thru my own eyes has never had quite the color distortion.....sorry,just bein' honest...your photos are incredible and will surely sell and look great on anyone's wall....I just know how things really look, and it don't take anything but how it really looks ta please me....but do keep up the good work, they are incredible...."

Makes you wonder if his monitor is off a bit. Keep up the good work. There's nothing wrong with your process.

I think there is something wrong with his hiking. Like noon on a pretty clear day.
