I am being dragged kicking and screaming upto a 5 star hotel for a speech my fiance is giving at a conference the weekend 15/16th May.
With the recent reptile postings I thought I might check out the Adders on Cannock Chase. If anyone has any advice on best spots or if anyone would not mind having me tag along on a trip please pm me.
I have not seen an Adder in ages so probably don't have my eye in. I see alot more grass snakes around my patch.
Oh and so this is not just text here is an image taken near Rhayader. The shine from the rock is a little distracting but I liked the head turn.
Nikon D300 + 200-400 + 1.7x convertor
(at work so can't remember shutter/ aperture etc)
bag hide and using tripod and bean bag to stabilise
